Remember to arrange for your child’s prescription renewals well before holidays and before the medication runs out. Call 832-822-1750 to renew your child’s prescriptions, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. These are the only times prescriptions are renewed.

• Most prescriptions are written for a 30-day supply of medication with refills.
• You may request a 90-day prescription.
• Allow 7 days for a handwritten prescription to be mailed to you. You may also arrange to pick up the prescription at the clinic.

Controlled substances
If one of your child’s medications is a controlled substance, a special prescription will be required.

You must call the clinic refill line at 832-822-1750 and provide the required information if your child needs a prescription for refills of a controlled substance. The prescription will be sent directly to you within 24 to 48 hours.

Missed appointments
To refill a patient’s prescription, our providers must see the patient at least once a year. We will not refill prescriptions for patients who consistently miss appointments. Those patients will be referred to their primary care physician for prescriptions.
