Patients come to Texas Children’s Blue Bird Circle Clinic
for Pediatric Neurology from across the U.S. and around the world for
evaluation, diagnosis and treatment
of neurological disorders. Due to
the complex nature of neurological
conditions, this clinic frequently
refers patients to a variety of
other clinics within Texas
Children's Hospital.
Highly trained doctors, nurse practitioners, neuropsychologists,
nurses and social workers commonly
care for patients with epilepsy, headaches,
cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, stroke and sleep disorders. Our staff also diagnoses
and cares for children with extremely rare neurological conditions.
Patients must be referred by a physician to be seen
in the Blue Bird Circle Clinic. The clinic sees new patients up to age 16. |
