The Texas Adult Congenital Heart (TACH) program enables patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) to receive a seamless continuation of care from birth to old age.

As pediatric patients with congenital heart disease transition into adulthood, our multidisciplinary team of experienced congenital heart disease specialists advises patients on health and lifestyle choices for their adult needs, including physical challenges, exercise options and family planning.

The Texas Adult Congenital Heart (TACH) program is a collaborative effort of the Baylor College of Medicine departments of medicine and pediatrics, Texas Children's Hospital and the Texas Heart Institute at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital. Backed by the combined technologies and research of our worldclass medical institutions, the TACH program offers the highest level of comprehensive and compassionate medical and surgical care for congenital heart disease.
